DIY Harry Potter Prophecy
Do you want a version of the Harry Potter Prophecy Ball at a fraction of the cost of the original? Look no further, I’ve got a DIY for less than $20 for you!
There are other ways to make your own Prophecy ball that I’ll link here, but I wanted to keep as close to the Noble Collection Version as possible. Here’s what the official movie prop looks like:
To make your own, gather your materials. You will need:
- A crystal ball
- Scissors
- Cardstock
- Access to a color printer
- White hole reinforcement stickers
- A hole punch
- A small keychain bead chain
To begin, print out your DIY prophecy label on cardstock. Here’s the one I made if you’d like to use it.
Cut out one label.
Cut the edges of the label to make a shape like the the original prophecy tag.
Add reinforcement sticker to the top.
Hole punch through the cardstock in the empty spot on the reinforcement sticker.
Add keychain beading to tag.
Add tag to Crystal Ball.
Display and enjoy!
