Harry Potter Dumpster Fire Ornament

Is 2020 the Dumpster Fire that just won’t quit? Yes, I think we all know that’s true. But why not commemorate this shit-tastic year with a delightful Harry Potter Dumpster Fire Ornament?

Full credit to my friend Ri, who inspired this ornament with this text exchange with me…

First, gather your materials. You will need:

  • hot glue gun or some other type of strong glue
  • color printer
  • cardstock
  • scissors
  • ribbon

Next, print out your template from this on cardstock.

Cut out all objects carefully. Optional: use an exacto knife for precision.

The “Incendio” on mine came off so I fully cut it, then glued it back on later.

Cut four lengths of ribbon. Please note that you can also attach Hagrid to the dumpster and Harry to the dumpster with glue or other materials if you prefer, so it’s two ornaments instead of four.

Take your glue and add the ribbon to the back of the ornaments. This is when I glued back on the “incendio” word bubble for Harry.

Let dry.

Admire your madness!

Hang on your tree and enjoy!
