Dumbledore Funko Ornament

While I love my Harry Potter funko ornament, I wanted to do something different for my duplicate of Dumbledore. If you have funkos or legos you’d like to turn into ornaments, follow my steps and create your own unique, one of a kind Potter ornaments!

Gather your materials. You will need:

  • funkos, legos, or other Harry Potter figurines.
  • Clear plastic ornaments that open (various sizes) I got mine from Michaels
  • Superglue
  • Hooks or ribbon for the ornaments. You can see I used ribbon but a hook works as well
  • Scissors
  • Printer and paper for foldable decorations

First I created my little paper crafts. I created a tiny version of my chocolate frog box and a tiny Bertie Botts box with paper, scissors, and glue. I followed the steps in my book charm tutorial to create the mini books of Beedle the Bard and Rita Skeeter’s biography on Dumbledore. I printed out a simple flat image for the mirror of Erised. I then took all of my props and mini Dumbledore and permanent glued them into the ornament. Afterwards, I hung it with ribbon.

I prefer the way it looks open faced, so I removed the other half of the plastic ball to display and switched it out to a hook for sturdiness.
